Maricopa County’s Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP)

Spay/Neuter Assistance Program

Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) sponsors a subsidized spay/neuter voucher program, designed to serve families on public assistance, demonstrating low income or in a verifiable crisis.

Maricopa County’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) provides free spay and neuter surgeries at participating veterinary clinics throughout the valley via the use of vouchers.

How it Works

On the 1st of every month you may visit one of the two Animal Care Centers to obtain a voucher.

There are only a limited amount of vouchers available and they run out quickly.

  3. Choose from a list of participating veterinarian, like us, Katz & Dogs Wellness Clinic!
